Graduate Engineers who have  attained a minimum of 36 months approved experience are required to participate in a mandatory Pre-Submission Conference before submitting their application for professional registration. Candidates submitting their application for professional registration are required to attach a certificate of participation in a pre-submission conference conducted within one (1) year of the date of application. 

The Board holds discipline-specific Pre-Submission Conferences on a quarterly basis. The Pre-Submission Conference of the 4th Quarter of 2022/2023 FY for Civil & Electrical Engineering Disciplines will be conducted virtually on 10th May 2023. Graduate Engineers in the said engineering disciplines who have attained a minimum of 36 months approved experienced are invited to participate in this Conference. Participants will be trained on the Competency Standards for Professional Registration, Professional Registration Process, and Professional Examination Requirements.
