It is essential for Engineers and other professionals in the construction industry to be equipped with the relevant knowledge and skills for alternative dispute resolution, in order to safeguard against escalation of conflicts and disputes, to levels that adversely affect project progress and completion. The objective of the training is to create the understanding of ADR mechanisms and how to apply them effectively in engineering contexts.
