Section 23 of the Engineers Act 2011 mandates the Board to consider a foreign person for registration as a temporary professional engineer upon fulfillment of the criteria set thereon by the Act. This sensitization workshop entails an interactive session with foreign registered engineers in Kenya with an aim of creating awareness on the local regulations related to engineering practices as spelt out in the Engineers Act 2011 and other relevant laws, industry practices, and societal expectations.
