Graduate Engineers who have  attained a minimum of 36 months approved experience are required to participate in a mandatory Pre-Submission Conference before submitting their application for professional registration. Candidates submitting their application for professional registration are required to attach a certificate of participation in a pre-submission conference conducted within one (1) year of the date of application. 

The Board holds discippline-specific Pre-Submission Conferences on a quarterly basis. The Pre-Submission Conference of the 3rd Quarter of 2023/2024 FY for all Engineering disciplines will be conducted virtually on 25th January 2024. Graduate Engineers who have attained a minimum of 36 months approved experienced are invited to participate in this Conference. Participants will be trained on the Competency Standards for Professional Registration, Professional Registration Process, and Professional Examination Requirements.
