Successful implementation of PPP projects is challenging and long-term commitment from both the public and private sector is required. To help address the challenges of implementing PPPs, the Board has organized a 2-day course that seeks to provide participants with the basic understanding of PPPs and how they can be used to best improve the delivery of infrastructure services.

The main objectives of this 2-day course are:

• Understanding the policy and legal framework for PPPs in Kenya
• Exploring how PPPs can be used to deliver infrastructure services
• Examination of what it takes to deliver a successful PPP
• Exploring opportunities and challenges of implementing successful PPPs
