FIDIC Made Simple: Contracts and Claims Management is a two-day Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training designed to equip engineers, project managers, and construction professionals with practical knowledge of FIDIC contracts and effective claims management. As FIDIC remains the preferred contractual framework for major infrastructure and donor-funded projects, the programme simplifies its complex provisions, enabling participants to confidently interpret contract clauses, administer contracts, manage risks, and comply with contractual obligations.

Through practical case studies and hands-on sessions, participants will gain essential skills in contract administration, claims preparation, extension of time (EOT) procedures, dispute avoidance, and documentation of contractual records. The training will also explore FIDIC's application within Kenya's procurement framework, empowering engineers to minimize disputes, safeguard project delivery, and improve commercial and contractual outcomes across public and private sector infrastructure projects.
